Why have I not received a receipt for a course or event?

Our events and courses are all handled by Eventbrite, so once your booking has been confirmed, you will be able to navigate within Eventbrite:

  1. Navigate to your profile in the top right hand corner.
  2. Go to Tickets.
  3. Click on the event / course you wish to get a receipt for.
  4. Click View Receipt.

This will automatically download a PDF copy of the receipt to your computer.

If you do not have these options, it would suggest that your payment / ticket confirmation has not been processed. In that case, please contact us to see if we have your confirmation and we can resend the email.
