How do I remove a member from my firm?

If you are a firm administrator, you can remove a member from your firm by:

  • Navigating to your Firm Administrator area (indicated by Manage [company name])
  • Clicking on Manage Members
  • Expanding which member you would like to remove
  • Click Remove From Firm

It is important to note that this does not delete the member from our system. It disassociates the member from the firm, ready to be added to another.

If this is done by accident, please email and we will link the member back to your firm.
