If you are a firm administrator, you can view or remove a member from your firm
Log into the website with your registered email or member number and your password
You will see the screen below, select Manage Members
You will then see a list of all members linked to your firm
Click on the member you wish to remove and press RED button - Remove from Firm
It is important to note that this does not delete the member from the website, but disassociates the member from your firm, ready to be added to another.
If this is done by accident, please email [email protected] and we will link the member back to your firm.
