Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be made to delegates cancelling a booking within fourteen days of the scheduled date of the module. Replacement delegates may attend provided the GSCCA is notified in advance. If the replacement delegate is not a member, the balance between the member and non-member fee is due to the GSCCA.

The GSCCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or module for any reason whatsoever. In the event of such cancellation, delegates will receive a full refund for the relevant course or module. In the event a course or module is rescheduled, should any delegate not be available to attend the rescheduled date for any course or module, a full refund will be given.

Member and Non-Member tickets are not transferable and any related Eventbrite charges will be borne by the Firm or delegate.   Please read this CANCELLATION POLICY carefully.   If you are a Non-Member and you book as a Member (with the reduced member fee), you may be able to process this booking.  However, the GSCCA will cancel this booking and you will be charged the Eventbrite booking fee with no exceptions.  

Lecture Lunches

All fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within fourteen days of any lecture lunch. Replacement delegates may attend provided the GSCCA is notified in advance. If the replacement delegate is not a member, the balance between the member and non-member fee is due to the GSCCA.

Annual Dinner

All fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within thirty days of the Annual Dinner. Replacement guests may attend provided the GSCCA is notified in advance.

Annual Quiz

All fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within fourteen days of the Annual Quiz. Replacement guests may attend provided the GSCCA is notified in advance.

Eventbrite Charges

Eventbrite charges are absorbed by the GSCCA with the exception of any user who makes an error booking on Eventbrite or wishes to change from a member booking to a non-member booking.  All of these related costs will be borne by the firm or delegate booking the event.
